Asaram Bapu Family

Asaram Bapu family was after his life to get married as post his father's death Bapu decided to go in search of reality of life. Asaram Bapu family fixed a date for his marriage too but he ran away. Finally Asaram Bapu family found him and forcefully got married. Without the knowledge of Asaram Bapu family, he told his wife Lakshmi Devi about his aim in life, who understood Bapu and told him to carry on in life as she would always stand tall by him. Asaram Bapu family was aghast when he left to meet his guru but his wife made AsaramBapu family understand. However, Asaram Bapu family was still worried about his growing detachment with the world.

After getting Yogic powers, he decided to live life as a householder and help his fellow beings. Asaram Bapu home is at Sabarmati. Today, Asaram Bapu home comprises of his wife, Asaram Bapu daughter and Asaram Bapu son. AsaramBapu daughter and AsaramBapu son help him carry on his virtues along with his wife. There is an Ashram in Gujrat dedicated to only women as Bapu wants women to realize that there is a Devi in them. This Ashram is solely taken care of by his wife and Asaram Bapu daughter. Asaram Bapu daughter teaches women meditation and how to do self-realization.Asaram Bapu daughter and AsaramBapu son also assist him in helping needy at natural calamity hit areas. AsaramBapu daughter and Asaram Bapu son conduct camps at various places in India to help the young children and youth. Moreover, Asaram Bapu son looks after all his ashrams and also conducts anti- drug camps along with father. AsaramBapu son also has helped Bapu to take lectures for convicts of Indian prison and make them realize their true life.

Asaram Bapu home is open for any needy who wants peace in life and wants to find God in self. Asaram Bapu daughter and Asaram Bapu son along with their mother have stood by Bapu like pillars of strength and have helped him reaching his devotees and making them lead a healthy and peaceful life.
